Breakfast Information
Buffet selection of juices, fruit segments, fresh fruit salad, croissants, homemade bread, pastries, yoghurts and cereals. Traditional cooked full English breakfast, smoked haddock and poached eggs, scrambled eggs and smoked salmon etc.
Dinner Information
A modern British menu which changes daily and offers a selection of 5 starters, 5 main courses and 5 desserts followed by coffee and homemade fudge. All dishes are cooked to order so can be adapted to suit various dietary needs.
Restaurant 1649
This sumptuous restaurant is a treat for all the senses. Oak beams and a large inglenook fireplace create the perfect mood, while our distinctive contemporary menu will leave you satisfied. 1649 was refurbished in 2009 and once again retained its AA rosette in recognition of excellent food and service!

At the heart of the hotel, the lounge enjoys a cosy atmosphere. Guests will too, with oak beams, comfy sofas and a log burning stove to enjoy! Our bar menu is available for both lunch and dinner, with outdoor seating on the terrace for warmer weather.
