Prior to starting at BEST WESTERN PLUS Ullesthorpe Court in August 2010, Charles had 18 years experience at the RAC club in Surrey (6 of these as head Chef). Since then Charles has been working to enhance the menus in the hotel to excite the palates of diners with putting a modern twist to some familiar dishes and giving you the opportunity to experience food in a new way.
