To help you plan and prepare in the weeks, months (or even years!) leading up to your red carpet arrival, our dedicated Wedding Co-ordinator will look after the finer details. Then, when everythings in place, they'll hand-over to our experienced Duty Management team, who'll take care of everything on the big day itself!
Wedding service and reception venue
We offer a variety of rooms for your wedding, to suit small intimate parties or larger celebrations of up to 110 guests. Whatever the size of your party you will receive the same friendly and professional advice and the day will be individually tailored to your requirements by our experienced wedding co-ordinators.
Catering
Food is one of the most important aspects of any wedding reception and our team of talented chefs will ensure that your chosen menu is prepared with care and flair to create a truly memorable wedding breakfast for you and your guests.
We offer a variety of dishes to suit every taste and our menu selector enables you to create your own unique wedding breakfast, drinks package and evening buffet.
Your wedding breakfast will normally start with a welcome drinks reception and for that extra special touch, why not treat your guests to a selection of our homemade canapes?
Honeymoon suite
We offer the happy couple a complimentary double room and you can upgrade to our honeymoon suite which has a four poster bed, seating area and original feature beams. This is the perfect way to end the perfect day!

The BEST WESTERN George offers wedding all inclusive packages on selected dates, from £3,400 in 2012 and £3,500 in 2013. Based on 50 day guests and an additional 30 evening guests, the package includes: a red carpet welcome, day and evening room hire, a glass of Bucks Fizz on arrival, a 3 course meal with coffee, a glass of house wine,a glass of sparkling wine for the toast, an evening buffet, a double room for the happy couple, an elegant silk floral decorations.
