I've been cooking for 17 years and have a great passion for it. As I'm from Plymouth I started my career working in 3,4 and 5* resorts working in Rosset restaurants where I was trained to use the finest Ingredients and worked alongside some great chefs who helped me through my career. Now At the Dartmouth Hotel situated in a fabulous location, I can continue my journey using the fresh local ingredients we have around here to produce great dishes. The Bar and Bistro is the hub of all that happens at the resort. On arrival you will be guided through the Bar and Bistro and invited to book your evening meal with us. Dinner is served by Neil and his team to you in the conservatory overlooking the countryside. Best Western The Dartmouth Hotel, Golf and Spa also boasts a driving range and other practice facilities for those who wish to practice their golf swing. The Dartmouth Hotel has been recognized as one of the top 100 golf resorts in the UK by Today's Golfer, a prominent golfing magazine. The magazine's team of experts travelled across the country, exploring the finest golf resorts that offer accommodation on-site, and evaluated them based on various criteria such as course quality, accommodation, non-golf facilities, and location. Nevertheless, this course was built and maintained to the same exacting standards as its sister course - offering the golfer similar challenges of undulating greens and water features.
