We have a new kitchen team led by Luke Moore. All food is locally sourced, freshly cooked to order and available to eat in the Byzant restaurant , the Country bar/restaurant or outside on the colonnade.Weekly specials are a favourite along with chef's homemade piccalilli, bread and various ice creams.

With the launch of the new menu this year Robert has sourced and introduced lots of local produce and still values the "we serve all our guests" and not the buffet style of service now common. His talented team of chefs serve up their exciting creative interpretation of classic and modern dishes and compliment it with lighter snacks that run throughout the day.
