Visit us at the Best Western Palace Hotel & Casino in Douglas, for some delightful accommodation on the Isle of Man. The hotel itself is situated on the islands beautiful Victorian promenade overlooking Douglas Bay, and just metres away from the beach. The Isle of Man also boasts many ancient sites that are worth exploring. Peel Castle is our personal favourite and is rather famous for its star gazing - so come armed with a blanket if you're visiting in the evening. Although the Isle of Man is the ideal location for an active weekend away, the Best Western hotel in Douglas is dedicated to giving you the most relaxing and rejuvenating of stays. The hotel is one of the largest and best appointed 4-star hotels on the Island, offering both - stylish accommodation and an elegant environment for all kinds of events and breaks. There's plenty of choice when it comes to bedrooms, with suites, deluxe doubles, standard doubles, twins and plenty of sea view rooms available. Paragon Restaurant is open nightly from 6pm until 10pm, offering a lavish evening carvery. You'll also have a choice of steaks, salads, warm homemade soup, succulent roast joints, seasonal vegetables and sauces. Finish your meal off with a delicious dessert or some cheese and biscuits, and enjoying filling up and winding down after a busy day.

The Majestic Chinese Restaurant creates the perfect blend of fine beverages, delicious dining and great entertainment. The restaurant has an extensive menu including plenty of authentic Chinese food as we specialise in Szechuan and Cantonese cuisine. We've also got a great dim sum menu, but whatever you order - you'll be able to eat and enjoy whilst you play. Open Monday - Thursday and Sunday 17.00 until 23.00 Open Friday Saturday 17.00 until 00:30

Whispers Bar

Whispers Bar is located opposite the casino and hosts live music every Saturday evening from the local musician Nigel Williams and his band. Music is on from midnight to 3.30am, making the bar a hugely popular late night spot as you can enjoy drinking and dancing to plenty of classic rock and roll covers. Expect everyone from the Beatles to Elvis, and feel free to request your favourite classic. Over 18s only.

Packages cover everything from red carpet arrival, to catering, to celebratory bubbly and flower arrangements - we'll even throw in a nights stay in our luxury bridal suite.

We have an extensive number of options on our wedding breakfast menu, as you choose between delectable dishes such as medallions of pork and braised lamb shank, and mixed berry cheesecake and strawberry Romanoff. Alternatively, you can choose a wedding carvery, picking a cold starter, hot entre and delicious dessert. If you really can't find anything that suits you, our Head Chef will be delighted to discuss your individual requirements and best accommodate to them.
