The Conservatory

Light and airy, and located on the first floor of the hotel overlooking the flower filled terrace, the Conservatory served a freshly cooked breakfast menu as well as wide variety of buffet items. Each evening a set menu is offered in addition to a seasonal a la carte selection, or according to the time of year, perhaps a Seafood Extravaganza. A traditional Sunday lunch is also a very popular event.

Hideaway patisserie and brasserie

Our authentic Austrian patisserie is undoubtedly the best around. Treat yourself to a mouth-watering piece of gateaux or Apfelstrudel, as you indulge at the most unique and sweet place to eat is St Peter Port. Light meals and healthy salads are also served, for those with less of a sweet tooth.
