Our Rooms
Standard Rooms
All our double & twin bedded rooms are uniquely positioned within this city centre hotel. Both light and airy these rooms are suitable for two adults offering comfortable double beds and a desk space for those of you wishing to use our free WiFi. Some of our double rooms can accommodate a travel cot or pull out bed for those of you travelling with younger children.
Family Room
Family rooms the Monkbar Hotel offers a good selection of spacious family/triple rooms which can accommodate parties from 3 adults to families of 5 depending on ages of your children. We can also provide cots for babies and z beds for children free of charge.
Four Poster
Four Poster - for something extra special we have three individually designed and furnished rooms with a stunning full canopy bed, two of which have a fantastic birds eye view of York Minster.
King Room
Executive King - overlooking our Courtyard garden or the famous city walls our king rooms are larger in size to incorporate a king size bed and a comfortable seating area with a table & chairs.
