3 Course Table d'Hote Menu or A La Carte Menu. Both in a Modern European Style cusine.
Hilltops Restaurant
Over 3 levels, our restaurant is a natural space for groups or individual dinners, as well as couples enjoying a romantic evening. The View is stunning across Cheshire, with plenty of window seats to take advantage of! And as for the fine food on offer, our Chefs create a daily 3-Course Table d'hote menu, using fresh local seasonal produce. Plus the A La Carte menu, which offers modern international dishes.

Delamere Room
The Delamere Room is the Hotels Main Bar, fully air-conditioned just off from the Reception area. With relaxed lounge seating for all to use, a drink before Dinner, or before a function or Wedding Reception drinks.

Chris Scattergood our Executive Chef has been part of the team for over 12 years. Chris is inspired by Fresh local produce, especially Fish dishes and a good steak. The team really enjoy the Gourmet nights throughout the year as its their chance to shine and flex their creative muscles!
