Breakfast Information
Locally sourced full English breakfast, served from our theatre kitchen with Cumberland sausgaes, bacon, free range eggs, beans, tomatoes, hash browns, mushrooms and black pudding. Other options for Manx kippers, Finnan haddock, porridge and vegetarian sausages. Continental buffet, with crossiants, pastries, homemade jams, yoghurts, fresh fruit, selection of juices, cheese, ham, variety of cereals with local museli.
Dinner Information
The Greenhouse restaurant offers Modern British cuisine with views of the stunning Lake District landscape and Kendal Castle. Choose from our daily changing table d'hote menu, a la carte menu or our Cumbrian tasting menu with three or five course all sourced from within 55 miles fo the hotel.

Our modern British, locally sourced cuisine is to die for, and we also offer a unique Cumbrian tasting menu which showcases suppliers that are no more than 55 miles from the kitchen door making us a true Lake District restaurant! You can also see our Chefs at work through the theatre kitchen window.

Alexanders The Pub
Modern pub food and traditional favourites come together here, as do friends, family and perfect strangers! We pay the utmost respect to local produce by cooking it simply and serving it with a smile. The menu features a selection of dishes such as cured Cumbrian meats and cheeses, braised Eden Valley chicken with wild mushrooms and thyme, lamb hot pot and a choice of locally reared steaks.
