Riverside Festival

Nottingham's largest outdoor festival features live music, street theatre and fabulous fireworks. The Riverside Festival attracts 100,000 visitors to Victoria Embankment every year, embracing the city's communities during three days of colourful entertainment.

Throughout the weekend two large stages present local, national and international roots and world music artists. A series of smaller venues provide children's entertainment.

The Embankment is also home to a street fair with steam organs, funfair rides, river activities and craft stalls. There is a procession of illuminated boats on the river, ending with a breathtaking firework display.
