Battle Proms at Burghley House

At beautiful Burghley House, the Battle Proms concert in July comprises traditional fairground stalls, impressive Napoleonic Cavalry and infantry displays, but most importantly, a quality classical musical programme. The magical evening culminates in a fireworks display.

Settle down for a picnic and listen to live acoustic music, before watching the historical re-enactments. A demonstration of equestrian precision follows and, about 7.30pm, the evening gun salute by The English Field Artillery Company announces the commencement of the evening's musical programme.

The concert finale includes rousing classics and culminates in a fireworks spectacular.
