A cafe that serves the suited community during the day and is predominantly mixed gay/lesbian in the evening, Caffe Latte is a popular choice for hip Glaswegians.
The Scotland on Sunday described Caffe Latte as: "Delicious, an unsung little gem... the ambience [is like] the nicest of the Greenwich Village cafes in New York."
Whether a slice of Greenwich can be found in Glasgow may be open to some debate but what you will find here is a good menu offering the standard fare of pizza, pasta, salad etc until 11pm. After 11pm, the menu changes to snacks only until 2.45am from mid-week.
Not bad at all and a top venue to come and line your stomach before the night begins and the heavy drinking sets in, this is Glasgow after all.
