Chill Factore

Chill Factore at Trafford Quays Leisure Village has a 180-metre real snow indoor ski slope. Ski equipment is available for hire and qualified instructors offer lessons. A special play area, inflatable tube rides and a luge slide cater to non-skiers.

Advanced skiers and snowboarders ascend on a button lift before sweeping down the main slope. There's a gentler incline for beginners and the giant twisting luge run which visitors nip down on special mats. Tubing (sliding down the snow in rubber rings) and other winter activities are especially fun for kids.

On Alpine Street, winter sports shops sell skiwear and accessories and there are plenty of restaurants and bars for après-ski entertainment.
