Dylan Thomas Centre

Discover the life and works of local writer Dylan Thomas at the Dylan Thomas Centre in Swansea's Maritime Quarter. Ponder over murals, watch the giant video wall depicting Thomas' life, and dip in to the regular programme of literary events.

Featuring work by Thomas' contemporaries, writers like Alfred Janes and Vernon Watkins, exhibits gives a unique insight into the life and works of the poet, from his tentative early days to his tragic death on American soil.


The centre is also home to an annual Dylan Thomas celebration, a restaurant and a bookshop.
