Evolution Festival

The Evolution Weekender provides Newcastle with a bank holiday weekend packed full of live outdoor music. Major concerts take place at three stages on the Newcastle Gateshead quayside - Spiller's Wharf, Baltic Square and the Big Top on Ballast Hills.

This year the event features yet another impressive line-up, with performances from Iggy and The Stooges, Caribou, The Kills, Tinie Tempah and Plan B on the two bigest stages, with Billy Bragg and Bellowhead headlining at Ballast Hills.
