Truck Festival
The annual Truck Festival at Hill Farm in Steventon near Oxford is organised with the sole intention of showcasing quality music and having fun. A village fête meets Woodstock, entertainment here is grassroots and intimate rather than commercial and impersonal.
The festival first took place in 1998, when two brothers decided to organise their own festival, having tired of mainstream events. A thousand people had a great time. The following year the audience doubled and £5000 was raised for charity. The event now annually raises £50,000 for charity and the organisers stay true to their original idea of making a great festival, not money.
Headliners this year includeThe Temper Trap, British Sea Power, The Mystery Jets, and 65 Days of Static, book early to ensure your attendance!
