National Winter Ales Festival

For anyone suffering from the January blues, CAMRA returns with the National Winter Ales Festival in Manchester's Sheridan Suite. Presenting a selection of 200+ British and foreign beers, ales, ciders and perrys, it's just what's needed for a fun night out.

CAMRA, the Campaign for Real Ale, dedicates itself to promoting real ales and indigenous British beers, and the National Winter Ales Festival seeks to showcase the extensive and, at times, surprising variety of beverages available throughout the country.

As well as the opportunity to sample the multitude of ales and beers on offer, Saturday's session also includes a fancy-dress party and live entertainment. The event's website has more details.
