Firework Family Day at Ascot
Ascot Racecourse's annual Family Day returns to celebrate the Halloween half-term break. As well as featuring the first meeting of this year's jumps season, thrilling rides and spellbinding magicians entertain before a spectacular fireworks display lights up the skies at 6pm.
Ensuring that everyone can afford to get into the party spirit, whether their horse comes in or not, dodgems, waltzers and a ghost train are free of charge on the day of the event. If your horse does come in, however, there's plenty to splurge on, including traditional candyfloss and toffee apples for some old-style Halloween treats.
