The London Duathlon
Fancy a run, followed by a bike ride and another run? Challenge yourself to The London Duathlon, held in the beautiful, traffic-free Richmond Park. You'll be competing against 4000 people, or you can always cheer from the sidelines instead.
Participants can enter in any of the following ways: there's a 5km run/10km bike ride/5km run, or there's the more challenging 10km run/20km bike ride/5km run. Alternatively, opt for the team relay, which is the same length but each team member completes just one leg. There are also Elite and Junior divisions. And it's all for health charities.
