Leeds International Film Festival

The Leeds International Film Festival presents screenings at venues throughout the city. The programme includes premières, retrospectives, new film-makers and old masters, as well as a children's festival, awards and a cult "fringe" section.

So many films, too little time has often been the solitary criticism of the avid film fans who visit the Leeds International Film Festival, and its organisers seem to have taken the feedback onboard - over the last few years the festival has been extended by up to a week and now lasts 18 days!
