International Beatle Week
The annual International Beatle Week is a celebration of the music and lives of one of the best pop groups of all time, held in their home town, Liverpool.
Over the week there are guided tours, auctions, the annual Beatles convention and performances by more than 200 bands and tribute groups. Catch the action at the world-famous Cavern Club and all over town.
The event first took place in 1983 and has grown in popularity every year since. It coincides with the Mathew Street Festival, which is free and features six outdoor stages around the city, with performances from dozens of bands, attracting more than a quarter of a million people.
