The Royal International Horse Show

Dating back to 1907, Hickstead's Royal International Horse Show (RIHS) welcomes the elite of many equestrian disciplines. There are competitions in everything from international show jumping and dressage to the very best of national showing.

One of the biggest outdoor shows in the country, the Longines Royal International Horse Show is a championship show exclusively for showing riders. It also offers the British public their only chance to see the national show-jumping team compete - the Nations Cup Competition sees the top ten countries in the world competing against each other.
