Bantock House & Park
Built in the 1730s, Bantock House & Park was the residence of the wealthy Bantock industrialist family during the Victorian and Edwardian eras. Today it tells the 200-year story of Wolverhampton's metamorphosis from market town to metropolis.
Along with regular kids actvities, there are 43 acres of parkland to enjoy including a nature trail and a pitch and putt course, as well as beautiful formal gardens and the Grade II listed building itself.
Exhibits inside the house include Chubb locks, manufactured in Wolverhampton, enamels, steel jewellery and Japanese ceramics housed in the fully-restored Edwardian period rooms on the ground floor.
There is also a pleasant tea room.
