Horses Help Heroes

We recently donated rooms at eight of our hotels across the country in order to aid the charitable mission of ‘Horses Help Heroes’.

This campaign falls under the banner of Help for Heroes the nationally recognised and highly deserving charity that works to aid the recovery of injured British services personnel. Horses Help Heroes aims to raise money via the completion of a one off challenge. Described by HRH Prince William to be a typically British event combining our thirst for adventure, generosity and compassion with just the right amount of eccentricity. The challenge is for a carriage pulled by a pair of horses to travel the length of Britain in just 10 days.

The event attracted a multitude of high profile individuals and all money raised was distributed via Help for Heroes and three other deserving charities; The Army Benevolent Fund, Combat Stress, and BLESMA (British Limbless Ex Service Men’s Association).
