Best Western’s hidden culinary talent
As a group of hotels with personality we are often amazed by the talents of those working in the group. One such talent comes in the shape of fruit, well a fruit carver to be exact. Head chef Kasilingham (Kasi) Shanmuga at the BEST WESTERN Carlton Hotel in Blackpool amazed the team when he showed off his skills by creating a stunning flower out of a water melon with just a carving knife!
His talents do not end there he can also carve anything out of ice too!
