Katie Wilson

Don’t mention spiders to Katie, because if you do all you’ll see is a dust cloud and a forwarding address. But if trashy TV’s your subject of choice, she’s all over it. Next Top Model, Gossip Girl, Biggest Loser, the list goes on… There’s definitely a z-list fascination going on and it has been said that she’d go to the opening of an envelope if she was asked. And when it comes to a night out you’ll find her throwing her best shapes on the dance floor and enjoying great food and great wine. Not necessarily in that order. And you could probably replace the word ‘great’ with ‘copious’. Anyway ‘active’ doesn’t quite do Miss Wilson justice and when she’s not out partying, reliving her student days in Sheffield or running away from spiders, she’s playing netball – which she claims isn’t basket ball for beginners. Hailing from York, the bubbly little ray of sunshine that is our Katie, well and truly lives and breathes social media. In fact she’s somehow turned her obsession with Facebook and Twitter into a job - she’s the Social Media Executive here at Best Western!
