What happens on the day:

Guests should make their way to Embankment Pier and present their voucher to reception who will issue you with a boarding card and your ticket for the London Eye.
Boarding: 12:00 hrs
Departure: 12:30 hrs
Returning: 14:00 hrs
Guests disembark at Waterloo Pier at 14:15hrs.
