Booking policy

To make a booking, you may telephone our Reservations Centre on 08457 74 74 74 or telephone the hotel concerned direct on the number given within the hotel description.

The person making the booking ("the party leader") must be at least 18 and must be authorised to make the booking on the basis of these Booking Conditions by all persons named on the booking. By making a booking, the party leader confirms that he/she is so authorised and that all party members agree to be bound by these Booking Conditions.

The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us. Subject to availability, we will confirm your break by issuing a confirmation invoice. This invoice will be sent to the party leader or your travel agent.

Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.

We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within ten days of our sending it out. Booking confirmations will either be sent by Royal Mail or, if your email details are taken on making the booking, will be sent by email.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you regularly check your email account and check any confirmation documents sent to you.
