Q. When will my points show on my account?
A. Points entered by a hotel will normally be on your account within 48 hours.
Q. If I find points are missing from my account, are you able to add them?
A.We advise all members that your statement must be checked and should you find points missing you must contact Gold Crown Club International Customer Service immediately on 0845 337 6037. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies in any document within six months from the date of departure.
Q. How can I claim my points?
A. All redemptions can be requested over the telephone by calling the Gold Crown Club International Customer Service Department on 0845 337 6037.
Q. How do I make a free night booking?
A. Please call Central Reservations on 0800 75 75 75, insert the first four digits of your full membership number i.e. 6006. Advise the booking agent that you would like to use your Gold Crown Club International points. On arrival at the hotel present your membership card and the hotel will deduct the points directly from your account. It is the responsibility of the member to ensure that sufficient points are available at the time of check in, otherwise the hotel will request payment by an alternative method.
Q. Can I make a free night booking for a stay this week?
A. free night booking can be made up to the date of travel subject to sufficient points being available on your account.
Q. When will my points expire from my account?
A. In order to retain all points you have earned on an eligible rate but which you have not yet spent, you must stay at a Best Western hotel no more than 12 months after your previous stay. Failure to do so will result in all points you have earned (on an eligible rate) and not redeemed being cancelled by us.
Q. How long should it take for rewards to be delivered to me?
A. We advise that all rewards (with the exception of Free Nights) can take up to 28 days to arrive with you. If you ordered your reward more than 28 days ago, please contact the Gold Crown Club International Customer Service who will follow up with the rewards supplier for you.
Q. I have lost my membership card, can I have a replacement?
A. The Gold Crown Club International Customer Service team will request a replacement card which you will receive within 28 days.
Q. I would like to join Gold Crown Club International - is there a charge and what benefits do I receive?
A. There is no charge for becoming a Gold Crown Club International member. You receive ten points for every 52p charged to your room bill when staying in a hotel in Great Britain. Gold Crown Club International members, also receive the following benefits.
1. Free room upgrade subject to availability on check in at the hotel. (Not available on free night bookings or Getaway breaks)
2. Guaranteed hotel room reservations, with your Gold Crown Club International membership number, when booked through Central Reservations for bookings in Great Britain, other than Getaway breaks.
3. Gold Crown Club International points can be redeemed against various rewards such as free night bookings and wine.
