The Best Western Annual Sales and Marketing Conference took place at the Best Western Cedar Court Hotel in Harrogate on 15th – 16th October 2009. It was a fantastic event, attended by over 110 people from Best Western hotels across the country. There was a mix of internal and guest speaker presentations, smaller interactive workshops and knowledge sharing sessions. To end the event, captivating keynote speaker Jim Lawless shared with delegates the 10 rules for taming tigers – how you can face your fears and achieve your goals.
