The Berkeley Brasserie Brasserie & Bar is a great place for an evening of good food - the menu is inspired by the famous brasserie tradition of classic contemporary cuisine cooked from high quality locally sourced ingredients - there are some great choices on offer including main courses such as breast of Nailsea chicken stuffed with roasted peppers, mozzarella and basil served with fondant potatoes.

He now leads a team of talented Chefs who produce the highest quality food for the brasserie, bar and busy conference suite at this popular hotel. Matt is passionate about using seasonal produce and considers himself lucky as in Gloucestershire there is a wealth of high quality food producers who offer the very best quality ingredients for his modern British dishes.
