Eezie Ochieng is our Head Chef, having joined the brigade five years ago. He trained in Kenya and worked at the world's most famous game reserves in South Africa before he was enticed by the delights of York! We think hes the very best Yorkshire Pudding maker in England - but his recipe is a closely guarded secret!
