Boasting some 12 years here Nick has tranied with the best of Cotswold hefs and now passes some of that on to his brigade of 3 , all local and all keen to learn!
His network of suppliers grows and grows with award winning meats from Jesse mith's Of Tetbury and fresh caught, ethical fish from New wave of Cirencester - cheeses locally from Association members and even the eggs are from the village farm!
