This beautiful 17th century thatched manor house, dating in parts from 1649, set in the unspoilt Cotswold village of Wroxton. An idyllic retreat yet only 4 miles from junction 11 of the M40 and the market town of Banbury. Ideal base for Oxford, Stratford, Warwick Castle, Blenheim Palace and the north Cotswold towns. All 32 bedrooms, most of which were completely refurbished in 2009, are simple, luxurious and welcoming. A truly memorable dining experience awaits in our AA rosette award winning Restaurant '1649'. We also have a dedicated events team to assist with your conference, function or wedding requirements.
