How much will the scheme cost me?
The scheme is entirely free, but Best Western do ask for a minimum of 50 room nights per year.
Can we have bill back for our hotel bills?
Yes, an account to company facility is available subject to a credit check by Best Western.

How are the rates worked out?
The rate you will get is the best available rate on the day:
When do I get my 3% rebate?
By a quarterly BACS payment (If you have provided your account details, otherwise you will receive a cheque)
Can I request an accommodation report/statement?
Yes, this can be accessed at www.bwbestbusiness.co.uk with your corporate id number.
Who can book within the company?
Anyone within the company can book, all they need to provide is the corporate id number to access the Best Business account.
Can I book online?
Yes, this is a new benefit to the Best business scheme, please enter your corporate id number when booking, this is so we can track your booking’s, provide online statements and provide you with your quarterly rebate on bookings made. If you have an account to company facility you will need to guarantee the booking with a credit card, but the payment will be processed as part of your usual account to company process.
Can I view your hotels on your website?

How do I advertise the scheme internally?
There are a number of ways to do this, Company Intranet, News Letters, Staff notice board, reception. If you need any support with advertising the scheme we are always here to help.
Can I book hotels abroad?
This is available, you will need to book via Central Reservations on 08457 73 73 73 with your Corporate ID number, and you will receive the best rate available.(rebate and account to company only applies to UK bookings)
Do you offer a rewards programme?
Yes, we provide a rewards program called Gold Crown Club International (GCCI), as part of your Best Business membership you are automatically registered onto GCCI. Your GCCI number will be provided when you receive your Best Business ID number. Points will be awarded automatically for all bookings you make using your Best Business number. Monthly statements will show you how many points you have available to redeem for great rewards such as free nights, wine, Amazon vouchers etc.
